Inspired by her desire to make a lasting difference, she embarked on a journey to become a therapist, earning a Master's in Professional Counseling and becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

After five years of working as a therapist, Helena recognized the need for a more specialized approach to help couples navigate the complex aftermath of infidelity. Motivated by her personal path of healing and her own thriving 33-year marriage, she became a certified infidelity recovery coach, equipping herself with the tools and knowledge to guide couples towards repair, recovery, and reconnection.

Helena's dedication to providing comprehensive support led her to pursue additional certifications as a positive psychology coach and a mental health coach.
